GENERAL

Your privacy is important to us. All media gathered for use in our live performance video designs is discarded 24 hours after the event.  It is only used in performance if tagged by the originator of the content with the non-generic hashtag provided by the production. (For example "#myShow" would not qualify because it might be used unsuspectedly, but "#MyShowPutMeOnstage" would qualify as a non-generic hashtag indicating willingness to have content included in the production).

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The only personal information gathered by the system is the publicly available account user name attached to the social media item being used in the production.  This information is kept for auditing usage.  The original image used is discarded from the system 24 hours after the event.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

No information is provided by the performance video system or video designer to any third parties outside of the production event.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless you have consented to such disclosure or where we are required to do so by law.
